Sound

Domed Chinese cymbals sound very deep, full, dark, metallic and tam-tam like. Struck with a drumstick they develop their typically aggressive and exploding Asian sound which then swiftly decays. They are optimally suited for pointed cues and rhythmic play. For rolls and play with broader dynamics we refer you to the flat Chinese cymbals (CHBF).
