The two headed Kolberg concert tom-toms are available in eight different sizes. They are characterised by a deep, powerful and sustainable sound. The instruments are fitted with two different heads to allow sound variations.

Steel counterhoops

Extremely stable counterhoops for a precise tension distribution, high-gloss chrome-plated

Tensioning lugs

• Solid high-quality die-cast zinc, high-gloss chrome-plated
• Spring-mounted lug nuts facilitate the tuning of the tom-toms and prevent the tensioning screws from jamming

Heads

• REMO Renaissance® and REMO Fiberskyn® 3
  (plastic heads from other leading manufacturers upon request)

• Rubber mounting-piece 142GSH, to fit swivelling stand upper part 142
• 3 legs (51 cm long) with holders for tom-tom and field drum 616SBS

Wooden slitted plates

A slitted wooden plate with different sounding tongues can be mounted onto a Kolberg concert tom-tom instead of one head. Thus one can imitate the sound of a wooden barrel, sake barrel, wooden tom-tom or log drum.
