- Massaranduba (MA)
Handpicked, optimally processed tropical hardwood from controlled plantations. Originated from Bolivia and Brazil, this auburn wood is long fibred and thus very firm and sturdy. It is the heaviest of the three kinds of woods we use.
2nd choice characteristics
- visual defects: for example, clear differences in colour, shape slightly crooked
- larger differences in weight: +/- 2 g
- clear differences in natural frequency
These drumsticks are ideal for practicing. The good stick pair for concert or audition is spared.
