Sets of Timpani Mallets
In collaboration with Stefan Gagelmann, solo timpanist of the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra, we have put together timpani mallet sets for students and ambitious musicians. These offer a solid and balanced basic equipment for a broad timpani literature and at the same time an introduction to the range of Kolberg timpani mallets. All handles of the timpani mallets can additionally be equipped with silicone sleeves as grip stoppers (item no. 985).Â
Each mallet set can be supplemented with wooden and leather timpani mallets for special sound requirements and baroque literature. We recommend the wooden mallet BHS30 for beginners.
